Born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, Michael Price is the visionary behind Dam Good Average Bowlers (DGAB). With over 25 years of bowling experience and 19 years of expertise at Bowling World Pro Shop, Michael has dedicated his life to elevating the sport he loves. Known for his sharp eye for equipment and deep knowledge of the game, Michael created DGAB to unite passionate bowlers, inspire the next generation, and build a brand rooted in skill, hustle, and community.

Huntsville USBC Hall of Fame — Class of 2026In recognition of his accomplishments and dedication to the sport of bowling, Michael Price, widely known as the Dam Good Average Bowler (DGAB), was inducted into the Huntsville USBC Hall of Fame as a member of the Class of 2026.Michael was honored in the Superior Bowler category during the Hall of Fame induction ceremony held on July 11, 2026, in Huntsville, Alabama.The honor represents an important milestone in Michael’s bowling journey and recognizes his achievements on the lanes, as well as the years of commitment he has dedicated to the sport and Huntsville bowling community.From competitive bowling to building the Dam Good Average Bowler community, Michael continues to share his passion for the game while encouraging bowlers of all skill levels to compete, improve, and enjoy the sport.His induction into the Huntsville USBC Hall of Fame adds another chapter to a journey built on a simple idea: you don't have to be a professional bowler to have a passion for the game and make an impact.
